Key Accountabilities
- Manage the performance of external consultants and the in-house design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements, on time and in budget
- Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
- Guide and co-ordinate external consultants on all operational requirements and ensure correct standards and procedures are maintained.
- Conduct design studies to enhance the USPs and design quality for DAMAC products
- Prepare project briefs and guidelines for new projects
- Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals.
- Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process.
Minimum Qualification
- Degree in Architecture
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience including 3 years in Design Development with internationally-recognized developers or design/ architectural firms
