About this role

HR Operations Representative will be part of HR Operations team at NORIT that drives and supports a selection of company’s HR processes across multiple locations. HR Operations team works closely with stakeholders from production sites and functions such as IT, Finance, and HR. In this role, we are looking for a colleague to support HR operations on a 1-year contract basis. Your job responsibilities would include:

  • Maintain and update information in Global HRIS, generate regular reports for stakeholders, conduct data audits to streamline data quality. Work with HR colleagues in other countries on these activities.
  • Support new hire administration process and work with HRIS, IT, and sometimes EOR or outsourced payroll provider to set up new employees, administer changes and terminations.
  • Administer payroll - manage payroll‑related data and ensure communication with payroll providers and finance team for multiple locations.
  • Maintain up to date benefits information for NORIT locations.
  • Support with other HR Operations activities and projects on demand.  

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in HR Operations, Payroll or in roles that are focused on data management and analysis.
  • University degree in Business, HR, Finance or Statistical field, can be a current student with ability to work full-time.
  • Proficient user of Excel, strong experience working with data cleanups and data management.
  • Solid communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Proactivity and solution orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with colleagues located abroad.
