Put your expertise into action to lead financial consolidations, deliver data-driven reporting, and champion continuous improvements within the Product & Marketing Development Business Finance team.

No relocation support is offered for this role.

The role is based in Billund, Denmark.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the consolidation and analysis of PMD monthly performance management reports, including comprehensive KPI reporting to the PMD Leadership team.

  • Champion the digital agenda within the team, driving relevant integrations into Power BI and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

  • Contribute to PMD financial planning cycles and foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize planning processes and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide financial analysis and support to the PMD Business and PMD Finance delivering high-quality ad hoc analysis and standard deliverables.

  • Lead the consolidation and integration of financial estimates into the corporate planning system, ensuring validation and the development of clear, compelling storylines.

  • Be a valued team player and drive an "Energize Everyone, Every Day" spirit across teams.

As a Finance Manager in Product and Marketing Development Finance, you will play a central role in a highly motivated finance team that partners with business executives to turn our corporate strategy into action, enabling product and marketing innovation. You will also join our Global CFO community and become a part of CFO projects.

Do you have what it takes?

Master's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, MBA, or similar, combined with:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in commercially oriented finance partnering, FP&A, or strategy roles within the FMCG/CPG industry.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to dynamic business needs.

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with dn developing Power BI solutions for finance functions.

  • Proven ability to understand your role in delivering impactful results in highly collaborative environments.

  • Experience/knowledge of One Stream is an advantage.

  • English – proficient both written and spoken.
