Come and play a key role and be an essential part of setting direction in the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) team, alongside Product and Engineering. From exploring user needs and facilitating journey mapping to mocking up ideas and developing appealing UI builds.

This role will give the right candidate ability to apply all their know-how in User-Centered Design to delight and compose value adding experiences for our users.

Core Responsibilities

Main responsibility of the Senior Digital Product Designer will be to collect and embed user insights in the team’s decision-making and development process. You’ll be crafting user-friendly and consistent UI builds that support the users’ needs. Your contribution to turning insights into compelling stories and valuable product composes will be an essential part of your team’s success.

  • Plan and facilitate research with users and collaborators to gather insights and inform the product development process.
  • Facilitate journey mapping and service blueprinting engaging partners from all seniority levels.
  • Develop visually appealing and consistent UI builds informed by user testing and team feedback.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering to define and prioritize roadmap items that align with the company’s strategy.
  • Craft compelling stories that build empathy with user needs, helping to align the team and collaborators around a shared vision.
  • Apply design thinking principles to ensure that solutions are user-centric and effectively address real-world problems.

Join an outstanding team supporting the LEGO Group’s B2B sales activities and investments in our B2B customers. Working with a shared responsibility for the overall outcome and success of the services provided by the TPM team. And sidewise be part of the bigger Partner & Markets area that is heading up a broader range of solutions facing our partners and the LEGO® sales organization. We are organized into autonomous product teams working agile with end-to-end responsibility for our products, and we work together with the teams that drive the B2B strategy and its execution for the LEGO Group.

Also be part of the vibrant UX Community with other skilled designers - together advancing the UX maturity of the digital technology organization in the LEGO Group.

The team is based on LEGO® Campus in Billund, offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment - and we like to have fun along the way!

Do you have what it takes?

The preferred candidate has several years of experience within product design, UI/UX, marketing or similar, with experience in user-centric development. Experience in mapping complex processes with many levels of user and business partners.

Ability to work effectively in an agile, multi-functional team, bringing a proactive and optimistic approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in building mock-ups, prototypes as well as delivering high-fidelity on-brand designs to visualize and test ideas.

  • Confidence in presenting and explaining design work to collaborators and team members, with a focus on storytelling.
  • Growing in a role, that involves setting direction and challenge status quo.

To succeed in this role, the right candidate ideally has competence within or bring the following:

  • Degree in UX design, interaction design, communication design, or visual arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • Tools like Figma, Miro - User Testing are a plus.

Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team – and please, an available online portfolio listed on the resume.
