Aufgaben
- Perform business analysis on product requirements and technical workflows
- Collaborate on projects of a technical nature, supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with product goals
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders, product management, and IT teams
- Support product roadmap execution and help coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s or master’s in economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in business analysis, test management, or related roles for financial institutions
- Strong quantitative background to understand, assess, and manage technical project content
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in interdisciplinary teams
- Interest in financial markets, crypto assets, and technological innovation
- Very good command of English, German is a plus
