Finance Business Partner Monitoring (m/f/d) International RegionJob Description
Your role:
Sign off the financials of the International Region results pertaining to Monitoring business units.
Manage the International Region team and responsible for the strategic and operational planning process
Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, (turnkey) project assessments and supportive in financing solutions.
Close collaboration with executive management, Regional Business Leaders, and Region and BU Finance Business Partners
Responsible for performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans.
Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. marcom spend)
Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues
Business integrity: adherence to financial regulations with Legal & HR
Controller capabilities: optimal funding and financial risk assessment (sensitivity analysis, cost/benefit analysis, net present value calculations), project accounting understanding, knowledge of tax implications of different financing solutions, contract law basic knowledge
Contribute to regional and country Finance team to enhance performance.
To drive and grow business value in the market by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets.
To own and manage the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the commercial organization and drives for the delivery of the committed results.
Great, if you have the following:
Bachelor and Master’s degree in business economics, Finance and Accounting orientated study.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in functional finance positions or 5 years with Master’s degree.
Good understanding of SAAS model especially deal structuring and profitability tracking is advantageous,
Rounded financial experience, including solid FP&A knowledge
Knowledge on control environment with preferred ICS Sox knowledge
Ability to understand and explain impact of (market) developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences
Good analytical skills
Convincing communication skills
Good understanding of relevant tools and systems (SAP, BI)
Capability of covering wide time-zone ranges while demonstrating mature cultural sensitivity when collaborating with diverse teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally
