Your responsibilities 

  • Working with Business Development Managers, Operation Management, Project Management in the generation of high-class proposals and business plans to win new business for 3PL contracts; 

  • Providing Solution Design and pricing input for RFQ responses: development of logistics solutions; 

  • Developing cost-effective solutions and presenting them to both internal and external stakeholders; 

  • Analysing RFQ data and presenting summaries, trends and other reports in a clear and concise manner; 

  • Collecting information from various internal and external sources; 

  • Supporting Project Management team with the launch of new business. 

Our requirements 

  • As Logistics Solutions Design Specialist you must have knowledge of intra-logistics and warehousing, good understanding of WMS and ERP systems, good understanding of corporate processes and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel; 

  • Education in either Logistics or Finance or Business Administration; 

  • Good command of English language – B2 level at least; 

  • An innovative and open mindset; 

  • Willingness to travel as required; 

  • Basic knowledge or skills of CAD systems (a nice to have) – for warehouse layout sketching purposes; 

  • Understanding of Project Management principles.
