Job Description

Your Challenge:
As mobility solutions for an ever-changing world become increasingly complex, the ability to clearly communicate insights, strategies, and solutions is more critical than ever. Technical studies, modelling results, and strategic recommendations must be translated into compelling visual narratives that resonate with clients, decision-makers, and senior management.

The challenge is to transform complex technical findings into clear, engaging, and professional visual outputs—reports, presentations, infographics, and diagrams—that support better understanding, stronger decision-making, and confident client engagement. Join us in shaping how technical excellence is seen, understood, and valued.

Your Role as Graphic Designer – Technical Communications:
You are passionate about visual communication and understand how strong design enhances clarity, credibility, and impact. You are motivated by working closely with technical experts to translate complex ideas into elegant, accessible, and persuasive visual materials.

You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies and cultures. You take pride in producing high-quality design outputs that align with brand standards while remaining flexible to project-specific needs. You are committed to continuously improving how information is communicated visually across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Based on your experience, you will support project teams by producing high-quality graphic and visual communication materials for internal and external audiences. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, project managers, and leadership teams to ensure technical findings are communicated clearly, accurately, and persuasively.

You will work across multiple projects and regions, supporting proposals, reports, presentations, and thought leadership materials, while maintaining consistency with corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop compelling visual layouts for technical reports, masterplans, and studies using Adobe InDesign
  • Design clear diagrams, infographics, maps, and illustrations to communicate technical concepts and data
  • Support project teams in translating complex technical findings into client-ready presentation materials
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint and PDF presentations for clients, management, and conferences
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and technical specialists to understand content and ensure accuracy in visual outputs
  • Ensure consistency with corporate brand guidelines while adapting designs to suit different project needs
  • Support proposal and bid submissions through visually engaging layouts and graphics
  • Manage multiple design tasks across concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, visual standards, and communication tools
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership materials through strong visual storytelling

Qualifications

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a consultancy, engineering, architecture, or technical environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong layout, typography, and information design skills, with an ability to handle content-heavy documents
  • Experience translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging visuals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and international teams
  • Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project-based environment
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and document management platforms

Desirable:

  • Experience working with GIS, data visualisation, or technical diagrams
  • Familiarity with corporate branding systems and proposal design
  • Basic understanding of urban planning, engineering, or infrastructure-related content
