Sr Product Owner
Objetivo del Puesto
Ser responsable del gobierno, priorización y alineación estratégica del contenido digital (web y app), asegurando que el contenido se gestione como un producto y esté alineado a los objetivos de negocio y e-commerce.
El rol tiene un enfoque Product Owner senior, con ownership claro del backlog de contenido y coordinación transversal.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos claros de contenido.
- Definir lineamientos y estándares de contenido.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora y materializarlo en proyecto.
- Asegurar consistencia entre los Storefronts.
- Coordinarse con Marketing, UX, SEO, IT y E-commerce.
- Dar seguimiento a lanzamientos y optimizaciones.
- Medir impacto del contenido y proponer mejoras.
- Liderar funcionalmente al equipo de Contenido
- Definir y mantener el roadmap de contenido para web y app.
- Priorizar el backlog de contenido de acuerdo con objetivos de negocio.
Perfil Requerido
- 4–6 años de experiencia en Content, Digital o E-commerce.
- Experiencia como Product Owner, Content Lead o rol similar.
- Conocimiento sólido de CMS (Drupal de preferencia)
- Capacidad de priorización y toma de decisiones.
