As Lalamove continues to grow, we’re looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day People and office operations as we scale the business.
You’ll support day-to-day People and admin work, keep HR processes running smoothly, support employees across their lifecycle, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and work alongside the People Manager to deliver a great employee experience.

What you'll do:
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, policies, and user guides.
- Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
- Support the recruitment process, edit and post job descriptions across all hiring channels.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes.
- Coordinate company and ad hoc events.
- Support general office administration, including HR/People related vendor payments, supplies, and office maintenance.
What we seek:
- 1–2 years HR/admin experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws, HR processes, payroll, and vendor coordination
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Associate/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
- Hospitality, start up or high-growth experience is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus
