Weโre looking for an experienced B2B marketer whoโs ready to own the marketing function and take it to the next stage of growth. This role is for someone who doesnโt wait for instructions, someone who sees the big picture, builds strategy and then rolls up their sleeves to make it happen.
Youโll own marketing initiatives end-to-end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing, business, and sales teams to build a high-impact ecosystem across demand, brand, and market visibility.

- Marketing Strategy & Growth Define and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goalsIdentify growth opportunities across channels and turn them into actionable plansAct as a strategic partner to sales and leadership teams
- Demand & Pipeline Own lead generation and pipeline growth across inbound and outbound initiativesPlan and execute integrated campaigns across content, event marketing, email, partnerships, and communityMeasure, track funnel performance, optimise campaigns and drive ROI
- PR, Brand & Market Presence Build and scale PR and communications to strengthen brand credibilitySupport the PR team in building thought leadership, media outreach and industry storytellingEnsure a sharp, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Events & Partnerships Conceptualise and execute events, roundtables, webinars, and conference presence, along with the PR & Marketing teamBuild partnerships that amplify reach and support business objectives
- Team & Ownership Lead and mentor a growing marketing team and external partnersSet clear priorities, drive accountability and create a culture of ownershipStay hands-on - this is a builder role

- 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS
- Strong exposure to demand generation, PR and events
- Experience building and executing marketing strategy from scratch or scale-up stages
- Comfortable leading teams while staying deeply involved in execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset - bias for action, comfort with ambiguity and high ownership
- Ability to connect marketing outcomes directly to business impact
