Account Manager
Your Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Global, you will play a pivotal role in helping local businesses across Scotland and the North and the wider region grow through impactful Audio advertising solutions. You’ll nurture long-standing client relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities across the SME market.
As an Account Manager at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Retention
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing SME clients, understanding their objectives and delivering effective Audio campaigns that drive measurable results.
New Business Development
- Prospect, pitch, and acquire new local business partnerships, confidently introducing Global’s market-leading Audio portfolio to decision-makers across key sectors.
Commercial Planning & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting, ensuring all activity is recorded and progressed through Global systems with precision and accountability.

- Demonstrated a clear understanding of the Audio product suite and how SMEs can best leverage it.
