Key Responsibilities
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Assists in the monthly close process to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
Tracks financial and operating status by monitoring variances from Budget/ROFO.
Create and own Weekly Forecasts for responsible sites by working closely with Operations, Accounting and Billing Specialist Teams, and independently utilizing accounting systems to monitor and track Revenue/Expenses as they are incurred.
Helps prepare timely and accurate reports, plans, and forecasts for internal and external constituents.
Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
Collaborates with operational leadership to analyze, prepare (bottom-up approach) and present the annual financial plan.
Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
Has knowledge of and can apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance and accounting field.
Collaborates heavily with operational leadership to provide quality tools to expedite and improve decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
Highly preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of FP&A experience.
Advanced Microsoft office software skills, Access, Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite/Financial Cubes/SAP.
Attention to detail but able to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
