Key Responsibilities

• Support Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Assist Senior Scrum Master in removing impediments that impact team delivery
• Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices within teams
• Help teams maintain accurate backlogs, sprint boards, and delivery metrics
• Track and report on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
• Encourage collaboration between developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Document Agile processes, ways of working, and improvement actions
• Participate in Agile training sessions, communities of practice, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Awareness of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team)
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar) not mandatory
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (applications, systems, APIs, cloud)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify blockers and improvement opportunities
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced Agile environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/3-year Diploma in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration
• Internship or project experience in IT Project Delivery is beneficial but not required 
• Scrum or Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Fundamentals, CSM) are advantageous but not mandatory
• University projects are beneficial but not required
