The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for complex, high-impact roles while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This role partners closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires through proactive sourcing, market insight, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across assigned functions (e.g., Corporate, Commercial, R&D, Operations, etc.)
  • Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities and workforce plans
  • Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scope, market availability, compensation, and hiring timelines
  • Lead intake meetings to define success profiles, competencies, and interview plans
  • Drive efficient, compliant interview processes and support data-driven hiring decisions

Sourcing & Talent Market Expertise

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain talent communities for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide real-time market insights on talent supply, competition, and candidate expectations

                            

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Effectively assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment processes in partnership with HR and Compensation

Process, Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments
  • Proven experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience supporting multiple functions or business units
  • Background in high-growth, matrixed, or global organizations
  • Experience with workforce planning, pipelining, or employer branding initiatives
  • Strong data literacy and comfort using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
