Account Manager Aesthetics NL
Territory : South (Limburg – North Brabant – Zealand)
As an Aesthetics Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Galderma’s continued growth across North Brabant, Limburg and Zealand. You will be responsible for the commercial performance and development of your territory, working in close partnership with aesthetic healthcare professionals, dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
In this role, you will combine strategic territory planning with hands-on commercial execution, building long-term, value-driven partnerships in a highly competitive, premium market. You will position Galderma’s innovative aesthetics portfolio through a consultative, solution-led approach, engaging confidently with key decision-makers and KOLs to support sustainable business growth.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy while working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Customer Service and Finance, contributing market insights and supporting local strategy development within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial aesthetics business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & New Business Development
Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute a territory business plan and activity plan aligned with sales targets and budget.
Ensure regular coverage of HCOs/HCPs, build partnerships with KOLs, and acquire new accounts.
Monitor sales performance and adapt commercial tactics accordingly.
Manage offers, deliver targeted product introduction sessions, and provide after-sales support and service.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and aesthetic developments. Translate insights into actionable sales strategies in consultation with the Sales Manager Benelux.
Collaboration & Reporting
Provide regular reporting and actively contribute to sales and cycle meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, finance, customer service, and other sales team members to achieve regional objectives.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, ideally in the aesthetic and/or dermatology industry.

Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
