We’re looking for a driven Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in delivering accurate financial records and insights that power smart decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • As our Assistant Accountant, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day finance operations, including:
  • Day-to-Day Operations – Record invoices, receipts, and expenses with accuracy. Process supplier payments and keep customer accounts on track.
  • Bank Reconciliation & General Ledger Maintenance – Keep records precise and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Month-End Close – Support closing activities and financial statement preparation. Assist in variance and budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Payroll Support – Act as a backup for the Payroll Officer.
  • Compliance – Uphold accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Ad-hoc Support - assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the CFO

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software MYOB Acumatica & Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to integrity and confidentiality

Our Recruitment Process
