We're seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our Victorian team, based in Nunawading. Your New Role

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising Air-Met’s digital and social marketing activity. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to a marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is confident managing campaigns end-to-end.

What you will be doing

• Planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email, and paid channels, with a strong focus on performance and outcomes.
• Scripting, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content, from technical product demonstrations to short-form social media videos.
• Managing Air-Met’s social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• Creating engaging, on-brand content across digital channels, including copy, graphics, photography, and video.
• Maintaining and optimising website content and landing pages in line with SEO best practice and conversion goals.
• Ensuring consistent and professional brand presentation across all digital and social touchpoints.
• Contributing to content calendars and digital marketing strategy, bringing ideas and insights to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign, content, and website performance using GA4, platform analytics, and similar tools.
• Providing support on broader marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

What you will bring

• A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience within the digital marketing industry.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including B2B marketing and/or SEO.
• Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, SEMrush, and other performance reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and translate technical product and industry content into clear, engaging marketing materials (training on company products will be provided).
