Winarch Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead group finance operations and partner closely with the CFO to support strong governance, performance and growth across our multi-entity business.
This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong, commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
- Prepare consolidated management reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory obligations
- Manage audits and external advisors
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial controls
- Drive process, systems and automation improvements
- Lead and develop the finance team
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- 8+ years’ experience in financial accounting or controllership roles
- Experience in multi-entity or group environments
- Strong technical and commercial capability
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
