About the Role
Insurance is traditionally sold through fear-mongering and spam. At Ditto, we are flipping the playbook. We’ve built a brand that people actually trust by being honest, educational, and remarkably simple.
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Lead to bridge the gap between insurance expertise and engaging, viral-ready storytelling.
With a full production team at your disposal, your job is to turn dry insurance concepts into high-traction reels, X threads, and LinkedIn posts. We need a strategist who can build massive organic traction and turn that attention into advisory bookings.
This job is befitting for someone who has dabbled extensively in scaling content and now wants to experience the entrepreneurial aspects of building a media powerhouse. Everything from building the roadmap, content pipelines, understanding lead funnels, and hiring will be in your hands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-channel social media roadmap that builds Ditto into a category-defining brand.
Lead the creation of polished, high-signal short-form content (Reels, Threads, LinkedIn carousels, etc) that simplifies insurance without losing its nuance.
Manage our existing team of content marketers while actively hiring and mentoring new talent to scale our output.
Maintain a professional, yet approachable brand voice that builds deep trust - crucial for a product as sensitive as insurance.
Actively engage with & answer user queries across our channels & communities
Use data to track engagement & follower growth, while optimizing the funnel to ensure social traffic converts into high-quality leads.
Stay ahead of the curve on X, LinkedIn trends, & other social channels to ensure Ditto is a part of the daily conversation
Work closely with our insurance advisors (SMEs) to extract their on-the-ground insights and turn them into viral-ready content.
Report & present social media metrics to the top management
Keep a pulse on what’s happening inside Ditto - from customer success stories to advisor debates - and translate them into timely, relatable content
Oversee our founder's presence on social media and communicate important milestones to our audiences
Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media or content marketing with a proven track record of scaling brand accounts.
Prior experience in high-growth startups (Fintech, Edtech preferred).
Strong experience leading and mentoring creative teams including designers, editors, and writers.
Clear strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
