Job:Do recruitment, screening & Interview of applicantsMonitor the trainer's behavior and report and coordinate with the management if trouble occurs to solve the matter.Direct disciplinary procedures (monitor trainers' attendance, keep records and send notifications, if necessary)Provide counseling on policies and proceduresCreate and implement effective onboarding plansBeing actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring processHandle social media posting & response of messages & comments (Freshteam & FB page Recruitment)Receive filed leaves & absences and verify that the schedule has been removed from the trainer's staff room.Assist in assigning TG tasks to TGAs; check & verify completed TG tasks. Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's Degree /A Graduate of any 4-year courseExcellent English communication skills (both written and oral)Preferably have experience in ESL teaching.Have experience working as an HR staffAvailability to work 30+ hours per weekRespectable humanityTechnical Requirements:CPU / ProcessorDual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredRAMAt least 2GB of RAM(4 GB is recommended) with 60GB free hard disk space availableHeadsetA headset with a noise-cancelling feature & a high-definition webcamInternet Connection3 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)Day 1Apply online at https://hiring.sptr.jp/
