About this role

As an SAP functional Analyst within the Center of excellence, you will be in charge of the development and the maintenance of the finance and controlling processes with SAP. 
The solution is articulated around SAP FICO (including all core modules GL, AR, AP, FA, new GL, CCA, PCA, COPA, FSCM for credit risk, DRC), with a strong integration with Production (PP), Maintenance (PM), Purchasing (MM) and Sales (SD) modules.
You will work in an international environment (9 countries), a highly collaborative, agile development environment partnering closely with business and other SAP functional analysts and ABAP developers.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of the current finance and controlling processes in SAP FICO :
    - Make sure the core model is respected
    - Ensure compliance with procedures and standards of development
    - Support run & maintain activities (level 3)
    - Provide key user support for new functionalities
    - Use your experience for problem solving
    - Ensure good documentation of the module under your responsibility
    - Work with incumbent SI partners to report and resolve any in-scope development related errors with the FICO processes

Manage and arbitrate requests for evolution/project  of the current solution in SAP FICO :
    - Be the functional reference on the Finance and Controlling solution in Europe
    - Lead workshop to clarify business requirements
    - Write the functional specification and estimate the workload associated
    - Monitor developments in terms of quality and timeliness
    - Ensure quality knowledge transfer to support teams
    - Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
    - Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
    - Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community
 

Qualifications

SAP Skills:
   - Strong knowledge on FICO (GL, AR, AP, FA, new GL, CCA, PCA, COPA)
   - FSCM credit risk management is a plus
   - DRC is a plus
   - ABAP knowledge is a plus
   - Experience on several European countries (FICO) is a plus

Project management skills:
   - Ability to manage small and medium projects
   - Strong organisational and planning skills
   - Ability to work with a team
   - Adaptable and flexible to business demands

Personal skills:
   - Strong communication skills (relationship-building, open-mindedness, ability to challenge and defend proposals…)
   - Ability to write documents (blue print, functional specification, etc..)
   - Team spirit
   - Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to guarantee a high quality service
   - Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
   - Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
   - Agility
   - A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
   - Fast learner, energetic and enthusiastic

Language:
   - Fluent in English is mandatory, French is a plus
