Key Responsibilities:

· Full Responsibility for the HR Function:  Including building, leading, and continuously developing HR as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.

· Leadership & Structure: Establishing and leading a high-performing HR team, with clear role definitions, structured task tracking, and the implementation of efficient, scalable processes.

· Operational Excellence: Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing all core HR processes, as well as identifying and implementing automation opportunities.

· HR Policies & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring company-wide enforcement of HR policies, in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance.

· International HR Management: Leading and harmonizing HR initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.

· Business Partnering:  Partnering closely with senior leaders to identify people and organizational needs and design customized solutions.

· KPI & Performance-Oriented Management: Establishing clear HR metrics to drive performance and track objectives (e.g., time-to-hire, retention, development KPIs).

· People Development & Career Paths : Designing and implementing structured employee development programs, including career paths, feedback, and development systems.

· HR Tech & Systems Landscape: Analyzing and further developing the existing HR tools to effectively support all HR processes, data flows, and management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a comparable discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a senior HR role (e.g. Head of HR), ideally in a fast-growing, international company.
  • Proven track record in design and scale up HR structures, systems, and teams in line with organizational growth.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law; international HR experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills applicable at all organizational levels.
  • A structured and conscientious working style, with a hands-on mindset and a strong ability to drive execution in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
