About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager - Corporate Finance to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the Director of Corporate Finance in overseeing corporate finance operations, treasury, and financial risk activities across Jumeirah Group and Corporate, working closely with senior leadership on financial stability, compliance, and planning.
- Own treasury and cash flow management for Jumeirah International and overseas entities, including monthly cash flow forecasting, reporting to Dubai Holdings, and oversight of collections and payments
- Manage banking operations across all entities, including bank mandates and signatories, transaction compliance with Group policies, account validation, and review of monthly bank reconciliations
- Administer corporate credit cards and ensure adherence to internal policies and controls
- Lead insurance management for Jumeirah International entities and hotels, including policy coordination, coverage tracking, advisory support, and claims management
- Perform financial risk assessments, report gaps with action plans, support annual and long-term capital expenditure planning, and deliver ad-hoc finance reports as required
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant experience, ideally including Big 4 background and in-house treasury, risk management, or group insurance exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, with Chartered or Certified Accountant qualification
- Strong technical capability with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Strategic financial mindset with experience presenting complex financial matters clearly to non-finance stakeholders, supported by strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English, with additional languages preferred, and a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and effective financial management practices
