Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Talent Intelligence & HR - Recruitment Technology 

 

In this role, you will lead the techno-functional end to end implementation, integration, and scaling of Eightfold AI with Workday Recruiting at Genpact. The ideal candidate, having previous experience of such implementation, will bring a strong blend of HR-Recruitment knowledge, system integration expertise, and stakeholder leadership, and will work closely with Recruitment, HR, Corporate IT, and external vendors to deliver measurable hiring outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Own and lead the end-to-end Eightfold AI implementation program at Genpact 

  • Act as the techno-functional owner for Eightfold AI, translating recruitment and business requirements into scalable configurations and solutions. 

  • Lead and govern bi-directional integrations between Eightfold and Workday Recruiting/HCM, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system stability. 

  • Define and review integration architecture with Workday and Eightfold.ai 

  • Driving UAT strategy, production rollout, Hypercare, and continuous optimization, ensuring high adoption and business value realization. 

  • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and best practices for HR technology implementations and AI usage. 

  • Oversee vendor delivery, solution design reviews, risk management, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams. 

  • Ensure compliance with infosec, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines as per Genpact standards. 

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple global stakeholders and priorities. 

  • Lead global change management and adoption strategy, including communication plans, training models, and recruiter enablement across regions. 

  • Own financial governance for Eightfold and adjacent HR technologies, including budgeting, cost optimization, vendor commercials, and ROI tracking. 

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

 

Minimum qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer applications or a related technical discipline. 

  • Relevant years of experience in HR technology, talent systems, or digital transformation programs. 

  • Proven hands-on experience leading Eightfold AI implementations in large or complex organizations, being Workday as recruiting solution. 

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and HCM, including data models and integrations with Eightfold.ai solution. 

  • Demonstrated experience with system integrations and enterprise integration patterns. 

  • Strong techno-functional capability (ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions). 

  • Experience working with global recruitment teams and enterprise-scale hiring platforms. 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations. 

 

Preferred qualifications  

 

  • Experience with AI/ML or GenAI use cases in recruitment or HR. 

  • Exposure to agentic automation, RPA platforms, or workflow orchestration tools. 

  • Prior experience in consulting, large-scale transformation programs. 

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and AI governance frameworks. 

  • Experience integrating HR systems with assessment platforms, interview tools, onboarding, or background verification solutions.
