IntroductionAs a Campaign Manager at Trip.com, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding Trip.com’s presence in the Australian market. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that maximize user acquisition, engagement, and sales growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, business development, and analytics, you'll leverage insights to optimize performance and achieve aggressive growth targets.
In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement local marketing campaigns aligned with Trip.com’s growth objectives in Australia, focusing on driving user acquisition, increasing engagement, boosting conversion, and maximizing retention.
  • Performance, Budget Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, campaign budget and ROI. Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance future campaigns.
  • Optimization & Data Analysis: Utilize internal dashboards and data analytics to measure campaign performance. Continuously optimize marketing strategies across different marketing channels to maximize impact, conversion, and user experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate a local campaign team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to ensure the team achieves KPIs and delivers impactful results. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where team members can thrive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local and global teams, including HQ marketing and campaign teams, global BDs, product, and designer, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and business growth strategies.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze data to understand local market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to drive campaign decisions and tailor marketing efforts to Australian consumers.
  • Creative & Content Development: Lead the creation of compelling campaign materials, including product landing pages, content layout, copywriting, and translation, ensuring alignment with local cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely execution of campaigns. Maintain strong partnerships with teams across Trip.com and with external vendors, influencers, and partners.
  • Growth Mindset & Innovation: Continuously experiment with new marketing tactics and growth hacks to scale Trip.com’s user base and sales in Australia.

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing, ideally within the Travel/Tech sector.
  • Analytical & Data Skills: Strong ability to aggregate, analyze, and identify patterns in large sets of data to make informed decisions. Comfortable with tools and dashboards for tracking campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders, balancing local market needs with global business strategies.
  • Leadership & Adaptability: Minimally 2 years of team management experience is highly preferred. Proven ability to lead and influence teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated resilience under pressure and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving industry.
  • Multicultural Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is required. A proven record of success in navigating diverse teams, market conditions, and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
  • Marketing Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing and executing campaigns across various communication channels, including in-app messaging, EDM, social media, KOLs etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian market, including consumer behavior, tech, and travel. Knowledge and experience of the local travel industry is a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: English fluency at native-speaker level or equivalent is required.
