
About this role
1. Xiaohongshu Content Marketing (70% of workload)<br/>Possess proven experience in overseeing Social Key Performance Indicator (KPI) initiatives within the FMCG or healthcare industry. Collaborate with digital agencies to formulate monthly KPI plans, supervise end-to-end execution, conduct performance reviews and iterative optimizations, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility and driving e-commerce search volume.
2. Social Media Management (15% of workload)<br/>Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop monthly social media strategies, conduct content review, and manage consumer engagement activities across platforms.
3. Brand Contact Lens Trial Mini-Program Maintenance (5% of workload)
Work with cross-functional teams to update trial information for offline retail stores on the designated mini-program.
4. Ad-hoc Tasks (10% of workload)
Undertake miscellaneous assignments including competitor research, social media trend tracking, and internal process follow-ups.
Preferred Qualification
• Experience in Douyin social media operations is a plus.
Basic Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with backgrounds in either brand-side digital operations or agency account management being equally acceptable.
2. A savvy social media user with in-depth knowledge of the Xiaohongshu ecosystem and industry trends; proactive in exploring social media hotspots and sharing insights.
3. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in English as a working language.
