Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for driving financial performance and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and control functions.
* Develop and implement robust financial models (Financial Modeling) to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and all relevant laws and regulations compliance.
* Manage the preparation and review of profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Oversee statutory reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
* Act as a proactive Business Partner, collaborating with various departments to provide financial guidance and support their objectives.
* Perform due diligence for various financial activities and business initiatives.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department.
* Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures (Financial Policy) to ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls.
* Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks through robust risk management strategies.
* Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance on complex financial matters.
* Effectively communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders.
* Plan and prioritize financial tasks and projects to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
* Foster a collaborative work environment within the finance team and across departments.
* Demonstrate adaptive thinking and behavior to navigate evolving financial landscapes and business needs.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of financial analysis, technical accounting principles, and statutory reporting requirements.
* Expertise in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and financial controls.
* Demonstrated expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial Forecasting, and Financial Modeling and ability to perform due diligence and manage financial risk.
* In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations compliance relevant to financial operations.
* Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices in finance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to adapt thinking and behavior to complex situations.
* Proven ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
* A relevant professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
