The Senior Manager – Human Resources plays a critical role in driving effective people operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of HR processes across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, this role supports the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, development, and retention—while reinforcing organizational values and culture through day-to-day HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely hiring, smooth integration, and strong coordination with business leaders.
- Drive structured probation reviews and support annual performance management cycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation, and outcomes.
- Oversee exit management processes, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR data.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring fair, timely resolution and appropriate escalation when required.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, collaboration, and retention.
- Maintain a strong pulse on employee sentiment and proactively recommend interventions to leadership.
Learning, Development & Culture
- Support Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and individual growth needs.
- Embed organizational values into HR processes and daily people practices to sustain a strong, aligned workplace culture.
Compliance & Governance
- Support compliance initiatives including POSH awareness, training, and adherence, in partnership with the Internal Committee.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and records meet statutory and organizational requirements.
Data, Insights & Stakeholder Partnership
- Leverage HR data and metrics to generate insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership, ensuring smooth execution of people processes and continuous improvement of HR practices.
