
About this role
We are seeking an ambitious People Care Specialist to join our growing HR Department.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by managing staff replacements, scheduling, and evaluations. You will also contribute directly to the quality of service we provide to our clients by selecting the right people from our large pool of candidates (>1.000 persons).
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate staff replacement requests across projects.
- Oversee and update staff annual and sick leaves.
- Plan and monitor project time schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Interview and select suitable candidates for project needs.
- Maintain communication with our candidate pool (>1.000 persons).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, staffing or scheduling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with method, attention to detail and teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of Labor Legislation will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
