About the team
We are looking for a Seller Marketing professional to drive seller acquisition, activation, and growth through scalable marketing programs. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Category, Operations, Legal, Content, and Live teams to design and execute end-to-end seller-facing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to supply growth and GMV performance.

This role requires strong project management, seller mindset, and the ability to translate platform strategies into clear, executable seller marketing actions.

Responsibilities:
Seller Growth & Engagement
- Plan and operate seller growth programs such as seller education webinars, growth projects, and GTM campaigns.
- Partner with Category and Operations teams to promote key growth initiatives (e.g. promotions, live streaming, campaigns).
- Drive seller participation in platform initiatives including live commerce, campaigns, and content programs.
Content & Communication
- Own seller-facing content strategy, including email, social channels, community groups, webinars, and campaign communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and align content from a legal, brand, and compliance perspective.
- Ensure all seller communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with platform positioning.
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional seller marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating with Legal, Content, Live, Product, and Ops teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure efficient execution.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance execution efficiency and scalability.
