About this role

The Role 

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Lausanne, working closely with the Group Head of Finance. 

This role is designed as a key analytical and FP&A partner, supporting finance leadership by building, structuring, and automating the financial analyses and dashboards that enable effective business partnering across the organization. 

The position combines a strong FP&A and controlling core with exposure to business partnering, making it ideal for a high-potential finance professional who enjoys both data and business interaction in a SaaS environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

FP&A, Reporting & Analytics (Core Focus) 

  • Deliver monthly management reporting, financial analyses, and clear variance explanations. 
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with finance leadership. 
  • Design, build, and automate financial dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI. 
  • Develop and maintain key financial and operational KPIs, including SaaS metrics (e.g. MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV). 
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial data across reports and dashboards. 

Business Support & Financial Insights 

  • Prepare deep-dive financial analyses to support finance leadership in business partnering discussions with key stakeholders. 
  • Support performance analysis across core functions, including: 
  • Engineering / R&D: cost structure, project tracking, ROI analysis 
  • Professional Services: utilization, margins, and project profitability 
  • Sales: pricing models, commercial offer and renewal robustness 
  • Marketing: ROI analysis of campaigns and growth initiatives 
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations. 

Tools, Models & Continuous Improvement 

  • Build robust financial models for pricing, ROI, and scenario analysis. 
  • Improve and standardize finance processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks. 
  • Support finance leadership on special projects, including potential due diligence or structuring topics. 

 Your Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in Transaction Services, Restructuring, Controlling, FP&A. 
  • Background in Big Four (TS / Deal Advisory / RES) highly valued. 
  • Strong interest in business performance, analytics, and value creation.  
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or project-based environments is a strong plus.  
  • International or multi-country experience appreciated. 
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Power BI (must-have). 
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong communication and business partnering skills. 
  • Hands-on, structured, curious, and eager to learn. 
  • Master’s degree from a top business school or university, preferably with a specialization in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis. 
  • English & French: Fluent / professional level (mandatory).
