The Trade Marketing Assistant supports the execution of our annual trade marketing strategy across customers and channels. The role reports directly to the Trade & Category Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of the yearly promotional plan per customer and channel, ensuring alignment with overall brand and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor all promotional activities, maintain and update the required reporting files, and track budget performance to ensure accurate and timely oversight of investments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to secure proper and on-time recording, validation, and accounting of all promotional spending.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional initiatives (ROI), evaluate performance results, and contribute to data-based proposals that optimize brand visibility and investment efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation, adaptation, and coordination of trade marketing materials, while supporting the planning and execution of sampling programs and in-store activations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to confirm correct in-store execution, assess the implementation of POS materials and promotional actions, and monitor competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial role (trade marketing, sales support, customer service) in FMCG.
  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Excellent Excel skills and data analysis experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language

Good To Have:

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
  • Knowledge of Nielsen/CIRCANA and financials (P&L) is a strong plus.
