Requirements

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA is an advantage)
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or Senior Finance Leader
  • Strong background in service-based or multi-branch operations

Required Skill(s):

  • Good analytical skills and an eye for details
  • Good organizational skills
  • An excellent understanding of Accounting principles
  • Commitment & motivation
  • Preferably Senior Level/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance
  • Experience in Big four auditing firms is a plus
  • Highly familiar with tax matters and internal control principles
  • Risk management, compliance, and cost control
  • Proactive and with a Can-do attitude and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Highly professional to work with other functional and cross-functional teams
  • Proven integrity and maturity to accept added responsibilities
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Knowledgeable in

  • Management Reporting
  • Budgeting and Variance Analysis
  • Philippine Taxation
  • Financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
  • International Reporting Standard
  • Fixed Assets
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modeling
  • Proficient in MS Office
