The role
This is an exciting full time opportunity for someone with proven attention to detail and coordination skills to step into an Administrative Lead role. This role will provide the opportunity to access diverse technological platforms and to become part of our supportive team. Working as an integral part of the HR team, you will actively lead 2 team members to provide essential recruitment, employment and compliance support.
Your key responsibilities will include undertaking a range of activities to support the efficient and effective day-to-day administration. This will require the ability to multi-task and maintain a broad overview of the day’s administration needs within the team.
About You
To be successful for the role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative leadership
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
- Adaptability to the situation as it arises
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive, resilient and ‘can do’ attitude
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
