Key Responsibilities:

  • Test email rendering across devices, browsers and inboxes to ensure a flawless customer experience

Regional & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Request, manage and track translations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across markets

Quality Control & Optimisation

  • Assist with seasonal and always-on automation updates, ensuring journeys remain relevant and up to date
  • Contribute to the email testing plan, supporting A/B tests and learning agendas

Reporting & Administration

  • Regularly pull campaign performance data for reporting and analysis
  • Maintain trackers, documentation and campaign calendars to support team efficiency
  • Assist the wider CRM team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Interest in luxury retail, fashion or premium brands
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in CRM or digital marketing

Desirable

  • Previous experience or internship in email marketing, CRM or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Email Service Providers (e.g. Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and performance reporting

Personal Attributes

  • Bright, enthusiastic and curious
  • Highly detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership
  • Adaptable and positive, with a hands-on approach
  • Passionate about retail and customer experience
