Job Description

The Role

The Commercial Products team manages the custom systems powering our Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Broadcast operations. We are looking for an Engineer to design and maintain the critical integration flows that manage our linear broadcast revenue.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build & Integrate: Develop robust integration flows using various APIs, databases, and protocols.

  • Collaborate: Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer-review code, and solve complex problems with the team.

  • Optimize: Maintain system architecture documentation and ensure database operations are highly performant and secure.

  • Modernize: Work across the full lifecycle of a feature, from legacy WCF services to modern cloud-based event-driven designs.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Frameworks: Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.

  • Data: Strong database experience (PostgreSQL & SQL Server) with a focus on performant operations.

  • Cloud: AWS experience (Certification or practical) and Event-driven application design.

  • Integrations: Experience with WCF services and various data formats/protocols.

  • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile principles.

  • Desirable: Kubernetes, Kafka, or GCP.
