We are looking for an HR Lead to lead as a strategic business partner by ensuring alignment between HR, Industrial Relations and Functional Strategies. To facilitate the provision of effective and efficient tools in all areas of HR to add value to the business. Provide professional advice and support to relevant Leadership team and business managers ensuring appropriate people management solutions are delivered. Furthermore, as a member of key Functional Leadership Teams, execute HR strategy aligned with the overall Functional and Business objectives.

What We Expect

  • Partner with the Head of HR, functional leaders, and stakeholders to implement people and organizational strategies aligned with business goals, driving change through effective stakeholder‑focused transformation plans.
  • Lead recruitment with COE and HR Operations to hire high‑potential talent capable of meeting current and future organizational needs.
  • Drive priority HR projects from the HR strategy and support the HR SC Team in executing local people plans, contributing to a transformational people agenda and continuous improvement of HR services.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and strengthen a high‑performance culture.
  • Facilitate integrated talent management through succession planning, bench strength utilization, and Individual Development Plans, collaborating to build future‑ready organizational structures.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead union discussions for timely closure of agreements; resolve IR issues, advise stakeholders, and ensure compliance with best practices to mitigate labor risks.
  • Lead initiatives that nurture and embed CCI culture and values to enhance employee engagement.
  • Advise leaders to ensure employer–employee relationships comply with human rights standards, local laws, and regulations.
  • Optimize the Admin Budget and ensure a high‑quality employee experience.
  • Drive performance management strategies within assigned functions, promoting a high‑performance culture supported by differentiated rewards.
  • Manage and resolve employee and industrial relations issues, reduce ER/IR cases, address policy/process queries, and ensure decisions comply with disciplinary procedures and local legislation.
  • Monitor exit interviews and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, collaborating with leadership to enhance culture, management style, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and audit recommendations; monitor HR audits, present findings, recommend corrective actions, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Coach and develop functional leaders in people management, and lead the HR Team in implementing HR plans and initiatives in partnership with HR COEs.
  • Ensure accurate execution of personnel administration, including hiring, promotions, demotions, and transfers, in full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration)
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience
  • Profiecient in English
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Collective Bargaining and/or Union experience
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal customers
  • Knowledge of Total Rewards architecture and salary/benefits benchmarking
  • Expertise in Performance Management
  • Strong capability in Talent Assessment and Acquisition
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, problem‑solving skills
