Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Configure Central Finance components such as replication, mapping, and error handling.
  • Oversee integration with source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP) and manage SLT for real-time data replication.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT) and resolve integration issues.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in Central Finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • 8–12 years of experience in SAP Finance modules with at least 3 years in Central Finance and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration with other modules (MM, SD).
  • Experience with SLT configuration and data replication.
  • Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP certification in Central Finance or S/4HANA Finance.
  • Experience with AIF (Application Interface Framework) for error handling.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and hybrid landscapes.
