Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Configure Central Finance components such as replication, mapping, and error handling.
- Oversee integration with source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP) and manage SLT for real-time data replication.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT) and resolve integration issues.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in Central Finance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP Finance modules with at least 3 years in Central Finance and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and integration with other modules (MM, SD).
- Experience with SLT configuration and data replication.
- Understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP certification in Central Finance or S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with AIF (Application Interface Framework) for error handling.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and hybrid landscapes.
