For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand B2B sales of our security hardware solutions across the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key channel partners, building strategic relationships with integrators, distributors, and service providers, and identifying new opportunities in the commercial and SMB segments. Responsibilities: - Own and drive B2B sales of physical security hardware (e.g., cameras, HUBs, smart sensors, NVRs). - Develop and manage regional partnerships with security integrators, ISP's, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and OEMs. - Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets through pipeline development and deal execution. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy. - Manage sales forecasting, CRM updates, and reporting for regional performance. - Identify and attend relevant trade shows, regional events, and customer visits to promote products and generate leads. - Provide ongoing feedback on competitive landscape, product performance, and market trends.Qualifications- Experience in B2B sales of physical security hardware (e.g., cameras, sensors, NVRs). - Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with integrators, ISPs, VARs, and distributors. - Strong track record of meeting sales targets and driving pipeline growth. - Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams. - Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
