Manager Exterior Design（上海设计-外饰设计经理）上海全职技术类本科及以上职位描述推荐简历需英文版（或中英文双语版），设计岗请同时提供作品集，谢谢。 Job Title: Manager Exterior Design Department: Exterior Design Location: Shanghai, China What you will do: • Support the Department Director in leading the exterior design team, ensuring high-quality creative output across concept and production programs. • Manage day-to-day design activities, coordinating resources, setting priorities, and supporting project planning to meet program timelines and objectives. • Guide and mentor designers to elevate creativity, design quality, and professional growth within the team. • Collaborate with the Department Director to define and uphold a strong, future-forward exterior design vision that aligns with brand and product strategy. • Facilitate design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency in form language, proportions, and brand identity across all projects. • Interface cross-functionally with engineering, product planning, program management, and other disciplines to ensure design feasibility and program alignment. • Represent the exterior design function in cross-functional meetings and communicate design intent clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders. • Stay current on design trends, technology, and market influences, and help translate them into compelling exterior design directions. 职位要求What you will bring: • Solid professional experience in automotive exterior design, with a strong portfolio of both concept and production vehicle programs. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage design teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Strong 2D sketching and 3D modeling capabilities, with a refined sense of form, proportion, and visual storytelling. • Ability to balance creative vision with program and engineering constraints. • Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering a positive, growth-oriented team culture. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with both design and non-design leadership. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.投递
