Job Description
As the National Account Manager, E-commerce, you will be the strategic leader for Moen's business on Lowes.com. You'll own the entire commercial success of the account, driving sales and profitability while serving as the central hub for cross-functional collaboration. You will be the primary point of contact for all digital matters, ensuring Moen's brand is optimized across every customer touchpoint on the platform.
Location: While this role is eligible for a remote schedule, candidates must reside within 1 hour of our Mooresville, NC office.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000/year + sales incentive bonus. We will provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone to ensure you are successful.
Job Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Sales Ownership
- Exceed annual top-line sales goals for all Moen categories on Lowes.com, with a focus on delivering on-plan results quarterly and annually.
- Lead the commercial strategy for Lowes.com, aligning digital initiatives with company-wide business goals for sustainable growth and market share expansion.
- Manage the trade fund budget to ensure favorable financial outcomes and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the development and execution of the digital promotional calendar, managing a mix of paid media and content marketing to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze the commercial impact of all digital efforts. Conduct deep-dive analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales growth and return on ad spend (ROAS) to inform future strategy and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.
- Own the weekly and monthly sales analysis for Lowes.com. Use this data to identify trends, forecast demand, and proactively recommend promotional strategies to the broader Moen sales team.
Account & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Lowes.com's functional departments, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison for Lowes.com merchant teams, communicating new product launches, promotional plans, and performance updates.
- Proactively serve as the "go-to" resource throughout the Moen organization for information on key customer initiatives, serving as the voice of the customer.
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of comprehensive online product presentations for each product category.
eCommerce & Digital Leadership
- Drive Moen's online presence by optimizing product listings and content to maximize discoverability and conversion.
- Use data and market insights to identify new opportunities, analyze competitive threats, and proactively share this information with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and solve operational issues that may impact digital sales, such as out-of-stocks, content errors, or pricing discrepancies.
- Identify and spearhead new strategic growth opportunities, including participation in beta programs, new platform features, and emerging marketing channels. This includes exploring the integration of AI-driven tools to enhance content creation and personalize user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams, including the Digital Product Content Specialist and Retail Media Manager, to ensure a cohesive and optimized online strategy.
- Work with the Digital Product Content Specialist to own the digital shelf on Lowes.com, which includes managing and optimizing all product and category pages to maximize discoverability and conversion, as well as managing high-resolution imagery, video, and enhanced content.
- Partner with the Retail Media Manager to develop and execute the paid retail media strategy for Moen on Lowes.com, including budget allocation and performance analysis for sponsored products.
- Actively work to minimize product transition and return costs, ensuring key financial metrics are met.
Qualifications
The Basics:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or similar
- 5+ years of business experience, with 2+ years in a National Account Management role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing, including managing retail media campaigns and optimizing digital shelf content.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive strategy and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to "tell a story with data" to senior leaders.
- Experience in the home improvement channel and a strong working knowledge of SKU-level sales performance.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $120,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
