Job Description:

市场开发与拓展:深入调研目标区域内医疗机构(医院、专科诊所等)的需求,制定针对性的销售策略与推广计划,主动发掘新客户资源,拓展产品销售渠道。​

客户关系维护:维护现有核心客户(如医院科室主任、采购负责人、临床医生等)的合作关系,定期进行拜访与沟通,及时了解客户需求与反馈,提供专业的产品解决方案与售后服务,提升客户满意度与忠诚度。​

产品专业推广:熟练掌握强生高值耗材的产品知识、临床应用价值及竞争优势,通过学术交流、产品培训、临床演示等方式,向客户传递产品信息,引导客户合理使用产品。​

销售指标达成:根据公司下达的销售任务,分解并制定个人销售计划,积极推进销售工作,确保按时按量完成销售额、回款率等各项销售指标。​

市场信息收集与反馈:密切关注区域内市场动态、竞争对手情况、政策变化及客户需求趋势等信息,及时整理并向区域销售经理汇报,为公司产品迭代与销售策略调整提供依据。​
