Description

About us

Hi. We are esh. A banking technology group with a goal to take the world of finance and march it to the 21st century by offering a technology banking solution that incorporates the efficiency of an automated, cloud-based banking operating system platform, enabling to dramatically reduce costs, time constraints and create a better financial environment between the bank and its customers.

In a reality where economic transactions are performed automatically and machine learning keeps developing and challenging traditional models, a new banking platform creates an alternative to outdated core systems used in banks today, and enables for the first time, a complete end to end platform under one modular system. We are creating not only a revolutionary technological change, but also a change in perception for all of us.

  • Track progress and execution of deployments, pilots, or infrastructure rollouts
  • Own org design discussions in collaborations with HR  and help build scalable, cross-functional team structures
  • Work closely with VP HR to design and refine processes that reduce friction, increase collaboration, and support growth
  • Identify organizational bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers
  • Serve as a central communication channel between the President and the broader team
  • Manage internal messaging, leadership updates, and knowledge sharing
  • Translate high-level decisions into team-level actions and alignment

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support—preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Experience in a product-led organization, preferably in a scaling tech company
  • Proven experience managing complex deployments and technical cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, release planning, and R&D to delivery workflows
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including negotiation, contracting, and related procurement processes.
