Position Summary:

This executive will lead reinvention services to support federal civilian and health organization CIOs to deliver enterprise modernization, AI-enabled transformation, strategic growth, and executive advisory services. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading mission-critical technology organizations at enterprise scale, with a demonstrated ability to modernize legacy environments, accelerate AI adoption, strengthen cybersecurity and Zero Trust capabilities, optimize cloud and platform investments, and deliver measurable operational outcomes across complex organizations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders while helping shape Accenture Federal Services’ long-term reinvention services across all domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal C-suite executives and senior policymakers
  • Advise senior federal executives on modernization of legacy systems into secure, scalable, AI-enabled digital ecosystems
  • Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor for major federal health and civilian agency engagements
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across reinvention services, to include AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, customer experience, enterprise platforms, and operational efficiency
  • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to mission outcomes, operational resilience, and measurable business value

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in executive management positions supporting IT modernization
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise modernization initiatives across government or highly regulated industries
  • Experience overseeing multi-billion-dollar technology portfolios and complex enterprise operations
  • Proven track record delivering measurable operational outcomes, efficiencies, and transformation results
  • Expertise in AI enablement, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree
  • 15+ years of industry experience
  • Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
  • Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
  • Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management and relationship development skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
