Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Manager — Omnichannel Publishers
Job Summary
The Senior Strategic Account Manager partners with Business Development and Publisher Solutions to deliver exceptional post‑sales account management and growth for publisher clients. Focused on omnichannel publishers (desktop, mobile web, in‑app), this role drives revenue growth, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures ongoing account health.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle account management (post‑sale): onboarding, integration, optimization, and growth.
Serve as the primary client point of contact and build/execute account growth plans.
Monitor account health and performance using data (requests, CPM, CTR, fill, RPM) and recommend optimizations.
Manage and grow a book of business across the Americas, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Advise clients on when and how to leverage the Nexxen SSP product suite (native, IBV, video, Prebid/S2S).
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver clear action plans.
Collaborate closely with Commercial Demand, Product, Engineering, and Ops to resolve issues and surface product needs.
Provide monthly forecasts and regular reporting to commercial stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
Skilled negotiator with strong commercial instincts and a drive to close deals and grow accounts.
Solid understanding of digital advertising and omnichannel formats (display, native, in‑app, video).
Analytical thinker able to translate data into strategic recommendations and test plans.
Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of client‑facing account management experience in AdTech or publisher relations.
Demonstrated ownership of post‑sales account management and revenue growth.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Experience running pilots, shaping partnership GTM, or managing publisher monetization initiatives.
Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems (SSP, DSP, Prebid, ad servers, ads.txt, S2S/SDK integrations).
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $100,000 -$125,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonusWhile this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
