Compensation
Full-Time Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + Benefits
Paid-Per-Visit Option: $65 – $80 per visit
Benefits
As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you’ll work directly with patients in their homes and communities to help them regain mobility, improve function, and maintain independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in the home setting
- Build meaningful patient relationships through one-on-one care
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with the clinical support team
- Drive clinical initiatives focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes
We’re looking for clinicians who are confident, compassionate, organized, and motivated by independence and patient impact.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- Medicare documentation and billing experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Computer literacy
- Current CPR Certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to wear PPE as needed
