Liaise with JV Partners to ensure product availability as per requirements communicated by Supply team

Coordinate with transport and scheduling staff for uninterrupted and timely reporting of TLs at filling gantries (JIMCO & MCR) to ensure product upliftment as per plan.

Ensure that inventory of critical stock items (Tank Lorry Seals, Delivery Notes, Bulk Loading Instructions) is maintained in accordance with stock levels, as defined in the Terminal Operation Manual (TOM).

Ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently, by creating and maintaining a working environment conducive to fostering a desire for improvement and professionalism, and to demonstrate this by the right balance between customer focus, cost effectiveness and HSSE plans.

Manage the dispatch process/D-Plan and ensure that there is no carryover of indents

Provide prompt feedback to key stakeholders (Supply & RT) with regard to non- compliance with laid down procedures by customer’s e.g. Operational breakdowns, non-compliance w.r.t. LSR / Safety, TL/order block in SAP etc.

Get the on the job training in SAP & OMEGA to ensure Error free working in the back office.

Ensure 100% reconciliation of reports with actual dispatches as per SAP/OMEGA and its alignment with the operator.

In case of any error with transaction in SAP/OMEGA, immediately report to concern and take it up with hub team for resolution.

Proper handing/taking over of shift and complete information must be communicated to next shift TOA for any error or issue occurred during shift.

All such essential information must be clearly logged in the “Operation Log Book”.

Ensure proper documentation and upkeep the record of COC customers.

Ensure timely dispatch of Proof of Delivery (POD) to Scan Section and seek for the acknowledgement of dispatched PODs.

Verify the accuracy of documentation and deliveries by reconciling the day's dispatches.

Ensure WEPL HSSE standards and develop awareness of these standards in both company and contractor staff.

Ensure all activities are in line with the company Statement of General Business Principles and Guidelines on Business Controls.

Provide all necessary support to TOS MMK for relieving and operational matters when required.

Experience And Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree
UPTO 02-04 years of experience in OMCs, Refineries, Manufacturing and Fertilizers
Good and proactive communication with stakeholders and vendors
Strong analytical and presentation skills
