As a Finance Specialist within PNC's Retail Baking Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Position Overview:
Financial Specialist supporting Retail Bank’s Small Business Segment. Partner with Payment & Digital Product and Sales organizations. Provide transparent and accurate financial information through analytics and business case development to grow revenue and improve margin. Identify and implement process improvements within the financial operations.
Other Duties include:

‒ Monthly Reporting by Business Channel
‒ Revenue Budget/Forecast for Merchant Services
‒ Sales Expense Budget/Forecast for Merchant Services

Job Description

Provides a variety of foundational financial management and accounting services.
Prepares and determines content for internal financial and business metric reports and information to support quarterly and annual external reports.
Responsible for identifying and escalating key risks to management. Prepares financial data and analysis to support risk management in order to evaluate implications and make recommendations to management. Promptly identifies and addresses control matters; maintains sound control processes. Compiles data used for Stress Testing Projections.
Delivers ad hoc finance and accounting analysis which may include management accounting analysis. Monitors and evaluates performance and authors and delivers communications as appropriate.
Prepares and delivers information in response to requests and requirements of auditors, regulators, and investors. Contributes to or delivers annual budgets or monthly forecast updates.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $112,450.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
