Software Developer SME – Huntsville, AL

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance.

The Software Developer SME will develop codes, tests, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software. The candidate will have a good understanding of business applications as well as user, performance, quality, interface, and security requirements. The ideal candidate will work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them, resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements, and may assist in the development of software user manuals. The Software Developer SME will be responsible for desktop design, testing, security lockdown implementation, integration with standard software packages, integration with automated patching and deployment technologies, documentation, and training to include automating application and configuration deployments and updates.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility
• At least ten (10+) years of Software Development experience
• Experience with Java, Full stack, and AWS
• Experience identifying technical strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Robust decision-making skills
• Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
